I am pleased to say I have returned to teaching both in Clevedon and on the Isle of Wight, now at Watchbell House, with full Covid-19 protocols in place.

For those wishing to continue shielding, I am teaching one-to-one via Zoom and WhatsApp. Lessons are for 30mins and, although different, have been found to be very helpful.

The Alexander Technique can teach you how to change old patterns of stress and pain, and poor co-ordination, and show you how to experience standing, walking, breathing and moving more freely.
